Star-k breads

All breads under brand name Alpine Bakery are pas Yisroel using a gloe bar, which is a heating element placed in the middle of the oven, temperature of theelement reaches 300 to 500 degrees. The Mashgiach turns off and then turns right back on the heating element. In addition the mashgiach inspects the glow bar to make sure its locked (only the mashgiach has access to it) and operational. Many other Kashrus organizations  (with exception of the OU) rely on a gloe bar for pas Yisroel

A rule of thumb:

Anytime you see the MK symbol on baked products it will ALWAYS be Pas Yisroel even if it doesnt say so on the packaging
